Genevieve and Brien have created an unbelievable experience in a 500 year-old convent overlooking like Como. This was without a doubt, the best cooking class we’ve ever taken! We made tiramisu and spinach stuffed ravioli in all kinds of fun shapes. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and everything is first class from the moment you walk in until the moment we left. We are looking forward to making these great recipes at home!.”

What can I say other than it was absolutely amazing! From the moment of walking through the gates to the well laid out Kitchen, our presence was welcomed by both of the lovely hosts! From making the tiramisu to the amazing pasta, they guided us the full way and gave us the Rai’s to do what we want to help us learn.
